We consider every order an obligation to give complete satisfaction. Whether you ordered these flowers or gifts yourself or received them from someone, please phone us at once at (703) 592-0952 or complete the above form if you are not completely satisfied in every way.
Substitutions
Every effort will be made to replicate the arrangement as similar as possible in color, size, and style. On occasion, the vase, flowers or ornamental decor may need to be substituted based on product and regional availability even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value.
Specialty vases & containers (including Disney and M&M) are available for same day delivery in the Washington DC area. If out of area, item may need to be shipped. We will contact you with options and pricing.
