Our event is brought to you by the Loukoumi Make A Difference Foundation, a non-profit organization that unites over 130,000 children in 30 countries worldwide to make a positive impact on causes they are passionate about. Our programs teach kids that philanthropy can be a source of joy, not an obligation. Plus, research has shown that acts of kindness and giving can boost self-esteem and mental well-being.
A Day of Adventure and Giving
Here’s a sneak peek of the exciting activities we have lined up for you and your family (children must be accompanied by an adult):

- 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Free Floral Design Class at Karins Florist
Kids will learn about flowers and nature, then put their creativity to work by designing small floral arrangements. These arrangements will be lovingly donated to a senior living center, brightening the residents’ day.

- 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Explore Wolf Trap National Park
Meet with Park Rangers and discover the wonders of the only national park dedicated to the performing arts.
Stand on a world-class stage, learn the ins and outs of running a theater, and even catch a glimpse of where the stars get ready for their performances.

- 12:00 PM: Picnic Lunch Break
Time to relax and refuel with a picnic lunch, surrounded by nature and the new friends you’ve made.

- 1:00 PM: Visit a Local Senior Living Center
Connect with the residents and spread joy by gifting the beautiful flower arrangements created earlier in the day.
